SICSA and Phillips Park owner, Greene County Parks & Trails have a form to sign the day of the event. SICSA cannot guarantee a size of dog to walk. They do not know which dogs they bring until right before the event due to adoptions, new dogs who come into the facility or, dogs recovering from being spayed/neutered.
