Volunteers will assist students for a designated amount of time. The volunteer will assist students K- 12 on various subject matters on a drop in basis. For subjects unfamiliar to the volunteer, Library resources like an online tutor on the Library website are available for the student (and volunteer). The Homework Help Center currently operates out of the Northwest Branch Library (2410 Philadelphia Drive 45406) and will expand to West Branch Library (300 Abbey Avenue 45417) and Trotwood Branch Library (855 E. Main St. 45426). When students do not have homework especially in summer, there are STEM activities and Reading for Summer Challenge prizes. Application, training and background check required.
