Volunteers generously donate their time to enhance the quality of care provided to patients and their families. Gentiva Hospice is looking for compassionate and caring people to volunteer to visit with hospice patients. Our patients love having visitors, and your hour or two or more will brighten a patient’s day! Gentiva Hospice will work with your schedule. Orientation and Training will be provided. Must be 18 years old to be a Direct Care Volunteer. Driver’s License required. TB testing, Background check/ Fingerprinting and drug screening at Gentiva’s expense.
