From Our Partners: Omega CDC

Our meals are served to the community via a network of nonprofit partners throughout the Dayton area. One of our partners is Omega CDC, located in Northwest Dayton. Their team picks up meals on a regular basis and delivers them to the community as part of their food outreach program. Their Program Coordinator Ebony shares, “These meals open up the door for us to connect with the community, and to allow the community to know that they’re not alone. Because a lot of times, people are suffering in silence and going through so many issues, and through this program we’ve been able to provide them meals and we’ve also been able to help them in other various ways as well. Everyone here has been really awesome, very helpful, also very kind. It’s just nice to be able to work with everyone at Miami Valley Meals.”
