Golden Age Senior Program Christmas Party
On Saturday, 12/4, the Golden Age Senior Adult Program celebrated in grand style at their annual Christmas Party. Last year, of course, the party was cancelled so this year we went all out. Each senior could invite up to 7 people from their family to join in the celebration.
About 65 people enjoyed a fine meal and live entertainment. We held this event at the Women’s Club which was elaborately decorated for the Christmas season. The atmosphere was electric, and laughter filled the room.
We took a moment to thank God for the past year. For keeping the seniors safe both at home and here at the Center. We thank Him for our senior’s family and for all the blessing poured out on the senior program.
All had a splendid time and left filled with good food and uplifted spirits. It was a luxurious way to begin the holiday season. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.
