Ways to help	Host an event on behalf of ASW: From golf outings to penny-jar races, hundreds of local groups have already made a commitment to helping a wish child. Schools have held car washes, scout troops sponsored carnivals, community groups held pancake breakfasts and corporations have sponsored wish children through annual event sponsorship. About us	A Special Wish Foundation of SW Ohio is currently celebrating 40 years of wish granting. Since its founding, ASW has recently granted its 1,900th wish. ASW continues to be the only wish granting organization located in SW Ohio and is a partner with Dayton Children's Hospital.
