| About us | The Auglaize County Crisis Center provides a network of safety for adult and child victims of domestic violence through 24-hour emergency crisis response, safety planning, shelter and case management. This agency is the only agency in Auglaize County providing shelter, food, case management and programming to survivors of family violence. These life altering programs assist adult and child survivors of domestic violence in strengthening their skills toward independence and self-direction. Each survivor secures a channel of safety through, emergency and transitional shelter (up to 90 days), food, basic needs, case management, legal advocacy, civil protection orders, transportation, financial empowerment education, and non-residential programs with a nine month follow up service. All of the above noted services are free of charge to all served. Additionally, this program provides information and referral, individual and group sessions in domestic violence, dating violence, parenting enrichment, anger management and family crisis management in order to build a foundation toward stabilizing and developing self- sufficiency and independence. |
