We welcome all new volunteers to take a tour and find your JOY at HTC! We have lots of opportunities for fun and fulfillment! Toys, clothes, shoes, books, safety equipment, office assistance, hygiene items, filling requests for children, and much more! Reach out to [email protected] to learn more!

Sewing Burp Cloths, Bibs, or Tag Blankets

Individuals or groups can sew burp cloths, bibs, or small tag blankets for our Handmade 4 Hannah’s program. We are always in need of these items, and volunteers with these gifts can make an impact by utilizing these skills for this purpose. All patterns welcome, but please call if you’d like a pattern from HTC. THANK YOU!

Items we need

Gently-Used Baby/Child Items

We accept your gently-loved baby and children’s items for repurposing in the community. Please consider donating items your children have outgrown or no longer use. We accept non-expired car seats, non-drop-side cribs, strollers, baby bath tubs, high chairs, clothing, shoes, toys, books, linens of all sizes, shoes and socks, and diapers (even opened packages). How you help

In 2025, HTC volunteers recorded over 33,600 hours and helped HTC distribute over 400,000 items to local families in need. HTC volunteers empower families to ensure their children’s optimal development and enhance their children’s feelings of dignity and security. HTC’s flexible volunteer policy allows our team to volunteer when it’s convenient for them, recognizing that volunteer time is a gift and should be handled with care and respect.
About us

HTC provides children in need with care packages filled with clothing, safety equipment, diapers, hygiene items, toys, books, and other essential items through a network of more than 70 social service agencies throughout Southwest Ohio. Receiving essentials for children allows caregivers to redirect their limited resources to household priorities such as rent, food, and transportation.
