Certified Ombudsman Associates

Ombudsman Associates, are certified volunteers, who are the regular presence in our facilities. Regular presence means visiting facilities, speaking with residents about their dignity & care, and finally sharing that information with the case handling Ombudsman Specialists.

About usEstablished under the Federal Older Americans Act, the Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman perform a variety of services to improve the quality of care being offered in Long-Term Care facilities like nursing homes and assisted living homes.
