About us | Reach Out provides a safety net clinic located minutes from downtown Dayton. The clinics offer an alternative to emergency visits for minor illnesses and chronic conditions that need immediate attention. Clinic visits are at no cost to the patient. Referrals to Reach Out's sub-specialist network are dependent on availability of services requested. A grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 1994 initiated Reach Out Program. |
