| How you help | Join us every year on the last Saturday in April for National Rebuilding Day. Almost 1,000 volunteers lend a hand any way they can to improve housing and the community in Dayton for a senior citizen in need. |

| About us | Since our inception in 1996, our organization has been a place for skilled trades to work side-by-side with someone who has never picked up a paintbrush. We also have projects scheduled for every Saturday in April in recognition of National Rebuilding Month. |

The word “home” should mean safety, happiness and belonging. For some, it instead means uncertainty, isolation and hopelessness. Rebuilding Together affiliates and volunteers nationwide are changing this reality by repairing homes, revitalizing communities and rebuilding lives.
Rising costs and unhealthy housing conditions constantly threaten the culture of our neighborhoods. Rebuilding Together’s home and community work gives our neighbors an option they didn’t have before — to remain safely in their homes and our communities.
Can you believe it?! Since 1988, the Rebuilding Together network has worked with over four million volunteers to repair
and renovate more than 210,000 homes, nonprofit facilities and community spaces, impacting over six million people. #RebuildingTogether
