Women Helping Women Project Lead

Looking for project manager to help drive a co-creation team to move Women Helping Women from idea to action. Women Helping Women is a women-centered, Dayton-based community initiative that engages women to help unleash the potential of women working on their path to personal, professional and/or community success, providing support and inspiration by acting as Allies and Resource Connectors. Project Manager with experience in the following areas:
Program Design; Action Planning; Budgeting; Volunteer Engagement; Relationship Building; Marketing/Networking.

Business Development Associate

Build relationships with businesses and/or non-profits. This is a ground floor, part-time volunteer opportunity, with great flexibility, and an amazing co-creation team composed primarily of actively-engaged retired professions. Experience as a hiring manager, in recruiting or HR is a plus.

In order to grow the Dayton region’s economic and social capital, the Collaboratory is providing the Collaborative Infrastructure. These new possibilities will involve citizen, government, business, institutional, organizational and philanthropic participants and will impact how we live, work, play and learn.
