Our mission	To fight hunger in the Vandalia-Butler area by providing food bundles to those residents in need in our community.

Opportunities	Appointment Setter Gathering the incoming messages for the food pantry and calling the clients to schedule their food pickups based on the schedule of the volunteers for that month. One-time, Occasional, Weekly, Monthly Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Office work None Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Food Bundle Volunteer Working with our existing volunteer groups who participate for a one month time frame to provide food bundles for our clients to pickup during the week. Hours can vary depending on the month but typically are less than 2 hours per day (Monday – Friday). One-time, Occasional, Weekly, Monthly Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Physical, Indoor None Weekdays Shelf Stocking Working with our existing shelf stocking crew (Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday) between 9am and 11am to learn the shelf stocking and inventory stocking system at the Pantry. One-time, Occasional, Weekly, Monthly Teens, 21+, 55+, Adults Individuals Physical, Indoor On-site Weekdays

How you help	We are a volunteer led organization and volunteers are critical to our operation. We couldn’t do it without you.

About us	The VBFP is a non-profit organization that feeds families in Vandalia and Butler Township. When the schools close the pantry will also close.
