The Grow2Live Youth Gardening Program teaches children how to grow their own vegetables and gain a sense of confidence and independence.
Minister to women and men of all ages facing the possibility of an unplanned pregnancy. Conduct client intake to determine physical and spiritual needs and to assist in the decision-making process. Provide male and female clients with ongoing support and guidance in parenting.
Serve in the Student Outreach department mentoring groups of eighth-grade boys meeting during the school day.

Set aside a specific time to pray for Hope Rising as part of a prayer/support network. Specific prayer needs for clients and the ministry’s needs and concerns will be provided.
Assist the Development department with database and office duties that include pre-event preparations and planning.

Use your professional skills to assist in a specialty area. Donate your expertise such as: photographer, videographer, graphic designer, proof reader, data entry, computer skills, etc.
Use your professional skills to minister to our clients. This area of ministry requires sonographers, nurses, and physicians who are willing to volunteer their expertise.
We need volunteers in all areas including the following initiatives; Power Career Pathway, Roosevelt Neighborhood School After School Programming, and Jan’s Closet just to name a few.
