MVCCA is a nonprofit run completely by volunteers. If you enjoy helping others, are looking for a great way to support the arts, and enjoy meeting new people, please consider volunteering. Volunteer opportunities include: event usher, event ticket checker, mailing/calling, helping sell program ads, event coordination, and board member.

We provide 14 meals a week (breakfast and dinner daily), and need volunteers for dinners 7 days a week. We currently do not have a full kitchen (only a warming kitchen) and so we rely on people, groups, churches, and families to bring food in to serve each night.

Interested in volunteering or want to help with a special project? We welcome individuals and groups to come and work on many different areas of need.

Assist with the planning and execution of fundraisers such as Walk to End Alzheimer’s, The Longest Day and Memory Day, Committee member tasks include recruiting team members, raising revenue, increasing awareness and implementing event activities.

Volunteers help us on committees, with events, and helping in the office.

We have many ongoing projects and could always use your help. There are opportunities for all, including facility and land maintenance and upgrades, animal care, gardening, facility management and so much more. There is room for everyone and you will be thanked with lots of animal cuddles!

Volunteers help with events, fundraising, office support and delivers.
