Our mission	Our mission is to function as a resource center for immigrants and refugees. We are committed to advocate, educate and facilitate connections to help immigrant and refugee families achieve and maintain self-sufficiency and to successfully integrate and participate in their new communities.

Opportunities	Filming and Video Editor Volunteer Position Do you have experience filming or editing videos? We’re looking for help in telling the stories of families in need in Dayton. One-time, Occasional 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor Skilled Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends Mentoring Case Manager The Mentoring Case Manager will handle cases referred to him/her by the Case Management Aid in order to provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and family-centered. Weekly, Monthly 55+, Adults Individuals Indoor Formal Weekdays, Weekends Certified ESL Teacher COCD is looking for a Certified ESL Teacher to lead ESL classes and guide volunteer ESL teachers. The Certified ESL Teacher will also be creating and implementing curriculum, as well as train volunteer ESL teachers to implement curriculum within classes. About us	Our organization was created to function as a resource and support center for immigrants and refugees. We work with more than one hundred refugee and immigrant families a year. We provide educational services, community integration programs, and programs that provide resources and advice related to relocation, health care and employment opportunities.
