Overview: The Tech Support Specialist will provide technical support to staff, volunteers, and program participants of Spectrum New Beginnings. This role requires a patient and problem-solving individual with excellent communication and technical skills, with a strong focus on supporting the organization’s website, web hosting, email, CRM, and other software applications.

This role requires a creative and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Help with office tasks, data entry, and social media.
Assist with food prep, cleaning, and inventory management.
Coordinate events and support our fundraising efforts.
Volunteers are needed to help many aspects of the organization including: Fundraising – Golf Tournament, Fundraising/Event Planning, Grant Writing, Administrative Support, and more.
